The homes will feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious and light open plan living and kitchen areas, wrap around verandas, high quality finishes, your choice between hard wood or natural stone flooring and beautiful Jamaican style landscaped gardens.  

All homes come as standard with fittings such as, oven, fridge/freezer, toilets, baths, showers, sinks and taps, washer etc. but without furnishings or interior design. However, as the properties are being built off-plan, you can add these services as extras to your purchase packages. If you wish you could also add a pool, car port & other features to your property. 

  We understand the complications of furnishing a property in a foreign country, & for a small fee we can arrange everything for you from cutlery, to bedding, to kitchen wear to towels. 

  And remember, we are an eco community and all produce, furnishings, white goods, equipment etc. are eco friendly! If you wish to furnish the properties on your own we can point you in the right direction for eco suppliers.

Each unit has approximately 1,800 square feet of enclosed, air-conditioned space with a wrap around veranda and landscaped gardens of approximately quarter of an acre.
